Returns and exchange checklist:
❑ My items are unused and in their original packaging
❑ Contacted Let’s Make Art to receive a pre-paid return label
❑ I included the packing slip (when applicable) and a brief written reason for the return
❑ Dropped off the package at my local post office

What is the refund process?
- Please contact us to receive a pre-paid return label. Return shipping is on us!
- We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 3 business days.
- We do not process returns on the weekends.
- After our team has checked out your items you'll receive an email confirming the refund to the original method of payment.
- It can take up to 10 business days for a refund to post to your account.
Things to note:
- Gift Cards and Downloadable Software Products can’t be returned for a refund
- We cannot accept returns from international orders. Please reach out to us with any questions you may have at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an international order.
- Items bought in-store can be returned in-store. Online purchases must be sent to the address listed below or email us for a pre-paid return label:
