How to update the billing information


On your Account page, click "Manage Subscription" to view your subscription management page. Select "Billing Information" on the top right and from there click the right arrow to change the card or billing information. On mobile, hit "Subscriptions v" and then "Billing". 

If you are not able to see your subscription when you click "Manage Subscriptions" please DO NOT resubscribe or reactivate your box. Please contact us at and we'll look into your account.
