I haven't received my package yet. What are the next steps?
Mail carriers are experiencing record-breaking shipping volume due to holiday shopping and the ongoing impacts of the pandemic throughout the world. FedEx is also having issues impacting the ability to view up-to-date tracking information. Because of these delays, this may cause your estimated delivery date to change or state "pending". Pending tracking is still on the way and will update as it gets closer to being delivered. It may also not update in transit. For example, it will show it's in Kansas for a few days then jump to your state with no updates in between.
