I haven't received my package yet. What are the next steps?
We know how frustrating it can be to have a package go on its own little world tour, however, delivery services across the nation are doing the absolute best they can given the record number of parcels being processed at the moment as well as local route delays such as wildfires. Because of these delays, tracking may not be accurate or state "pending". Pending tracking is still on the way and will update as it gets closer to being delivered. Please check your tracking link to see if there are any delays noted and allow an extra 3-7 business days for your package to arrive. We appreciate all your patience during this time!
