How to add items to your subscription box
- On your manage subscription page click "add product" on the top right (pictured above)
- Search through all our products or use the search bar to find the item you've been eyeing. It's a bit sensitive so search using the product name.
- Select the item you'd like to add, double-check it's going to the right address, then click "add product". This will be added as a one-time add on.
- It will get added to your upcoming box and get charged on the same date as that box, which is the 18th of each month.
- The last day to add to your subscription box is the 17th.
- Adding items into your subscription won’t reserve them but if they do go out of stock you’ll be notified via email on the 18th.
- Items added to your cart do not get added to ship with your subscription box.
- If you just ordered your first box and paid, you cannot add items to ship with it.
- We are not able to add to an order that has already been paid and processed.
If you are not able to see your subscription when you click "Manage Subscriptions" please DO NOT resubscribe or reactivate your box. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll look into your account.
